Cosy and calm family house

It's an old traditional house of the Brie region in a hamlet very close to the town of Coulommiers. Confortable, perfect for a family Holiday with its enclosed garden and terrace. An old house but with modern comfort. Quite large rooms but a cosy atmosphere. You will have access to the whole house. Three bedrooms with double beds (160, 140 beds); one with tv and dvds , the 2 large other rooms facing gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped (induction cooker). There is a bathroom and toilets upstairs and extra shower and toilets in the laundry downstairs. Wifi. You are welcomed to use the small barbecue in the garden (and help yourself to strawberries and cherry tomatoes if ripe!) You can have a fire in the living room fireplace if the evenings are a little cool. (large choice of books in English). I won't be far to welcome you and answer questions or help you with visits and activities all along your stay. The advantages of a town but the calm of the countryside! Cultural sites nearby such as the château of Vaux le Vicomte (model for Versailles, 40 min), Provins ( medieval shows), and of course Paris within 50 minutes. There are also a lot of things to do like canoing, tree climbing, fishing. Coulommiers , famous for its cheese, is 5 minutes from the house with its shops, market, park, restaurants and swimming pool. There is a Big Five park 10 minutes away where you can see lions and others in an almost genuine environment. Eurodisney and the Village (Shopping outlet) is 30 minutes away. You need a car to come to my house and enjoy the region. Yet you can go to Paris by train from Coulommiers (50 min) and to Disney by Bus (30 min). If you have bikes you can store them in a backgarden shelter.
