Upstairs 2 of the 4 bedrooms are en-suite fitted with shower and loo, with the other 2 sharing a family bathroom with bath. Outside seating can fit 8 along with the use of a gas BBQ. Downstairs the large kitchen, dining and living area holds a working kitchen, complete with oven, induction hobs, washing machine, fridge and freezer, all with kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery to be used. The dining area holds an extendable table that can fit up to 10 people. The living area boasts a wood-burning stove and a smart television, offering a cosy yet sociable area to the house. The separate sitting room also holds a smart TV with a subscription to BT sport, with a large sofa and chairs for relaxing in the evening. Upstairs 2 large bedrooms with king size beds, 1 offers wardrobe space and both ensuite bathrooms, equipped with showers, toilets and sinks. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a bath, toilet and sink. The 3rd Bedroom has King size bed, and wardrobe space whereas the 4th bedroom offers a single bed as well as a single futon which can be laid out as an extra bed, however this bedroom has limited wardrobe space. All rooms in the property, apart from a small study, are available. The private garden and BBQ are also accessible to guests and a car parking space. Someone will be available to contact by email or phone at all times. Mawsley village has a convenience store, park with sports pitches and children play area, a curry house, a café, a pharmacy, along with a surgery and a dentist in an emergency. The surrounding area is full of quiet villages, countryside walks and nice pubs. It is 10 minutes off the A14 and from Kettering. Other near towns are Northampton, Market8 Harborough and Wellingborough, all within 20 minutes. We are also close to Wickstead Park and Rockingham Castle.88 There are regular buses that service the village although access to many areas is easier by car. The village hosts a mini-supermarket, coffee shop, Indian restaurant, 2 beauticians and a dress shop.
