The Loft at Little Park Farm offers an idyllic retreat in over 20 acres of private countryside, the perfect escape for a relaxed and enjoyable break in the natural beauty of Sussex. The farm offers a mosaic of habitats thriving with wildlife; with woodland walks, duckponds, and ornate gardens for you to explore. Our Shetland ponies or Boer goats will happily join you. The Loft is a lovingly refurbished and well-equipped self-contained annex with a private garden. Many close attractions. Situated just outside the village of Hooe, The Loft offers a luxurious and secluded setting from which to enjoy the many countryside walks, local pubs, and attractions. Within 15 minutes are Cooden Beach, Battle Abbey, Herstmonceux Castle, Sovereign Harbour, and many more points of interest. The Loft has high-speed internet throughout, smart speakers and most TV services. The garden has a fire bowl and BBQ, and there is a fire pit and hammocks in the woodland for you to enjoy. There is a wood-burning pizza oven available upon request. WORKATION. The Loft is a perfet retreat for a quiet 'workation'. Upon request we will configure the second bedroom with a compact desk and ergonomic office chair, leaving one single bed in the room. The room is serviced with cable-to-premises high-speed internet. Alternatively, we can situate the desk and chair by the Juliette balcony in the main living area, with surrounding countryside views. Access to The Loft can be contact-free or we are happy to greet you to the property to show you around. A comprehensive welcome is provided to help you make the most of your stay with us. Nestled in the Sussex Countryside, the Loft is short country walk from several award-winning pubs. There is a country store and coffee shop 5 minutes up the road. The closest towns are Battle and Bexhill. To get the most from the area, it helps to have a car. There are plenty of beautiful walks directly from the farm.
