Beautiful dormer bungalow, overlooking a valley.

Our deceptively large house is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood. The rear of the property, where the rooms are located, overlook the valley below. We will be happy to help guests in any way we can. Parking outside the property is safe (No Guarantees, obviously!). You would have use of the large, gas barbecue too. We are close to many main cities such as, Leeds, Bradford, York, Sheffield, Manchester etc. There is loads to do and see for all ages. We don't have many house rules but one is no outdoor shoes in the house, no smoking on the property and no pets. You would have to like dogs, though, as we have three, two of which are in the photos. If you have a well behaved dog that would get on with our three, please contact us. One of us is likely to be on the property at all times and available in case of problems. There is a beautiful park nearby, which is huge, with a lake and has beautiful walks. Within a few minutes, by car, in any direction, you are out in stunning countryside with beautiful views. A great ice cream parlour is not far from here and out in the middle of nowhere. it has a great playground for children too. Close to bus routes into Dewsbury or Wakefield both of which are served with mainline stations to most cities, including London. By road, we are about five minutes from the M1.
