Racing at Le Mans just an hour away or kayak down the Mayenne River for a super holiday to remember Being five kilometres from the nearest town you will need a vehicle The farmhouse is fully equipped and furnished to a high standard with washing machine/dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, tin foil, cling film, toilet/kitchen rolls in the cottage for your arrival. Access to the property is at the end of a private lane which serves the cottage and two other properties, both of which are separate and out of view. We are on hand and easy to contact if help is needed but we do respect privacy. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful French countryside with fantastic views and wildlife. It is about half a kilometer from a small village with church and three kilometers from the nearest town and supermarket. The quiet lanes surrounding the area offers great cycling and since the property is at the end of a private lane it is very safe. Parking is available at the property within a few meters of the front door so no problem with heavy luggage. There is a lack of public transport however and because of its rural location a vehicle would be required for this holiday. Please note wood for the log burner is not provided but can be purchased at an extra cost and electricity usage is monitored and charged at the end of your stay.
