We welcome you to our luxury property, equipped to the highest standard and always ready for your arrival. Up to 4 guests, in total, are welcomed to enjoy superb accommodation in a tranquil setting. Located 5 mins by car from Berwick upon Tweed, shops and beach, yet within easy access of shopping, entertainment and dining. Offering accredited 5 star accommodation, our property truly is a stunning retreat, perfect as a base to explore from or a quiet and peaceful destination in which to unwind. Maximum 4 guests. (See 'other things to note' re-baby) Fully fitted kitchen with dining area. Lounge with leather suites. Bathroom with full size bath, walk in shower, toilet and handwash basin. Double bedded and twin-bedded rooms (see guest access below). Property heated throughout and all costs included in rental rates - no extra's to pay! Private location, private patio and glorious views over fields to the sea. We prepare either the double bedded room or both rooms (depending on number of guests). All towels and linen for bedding is prepared for guests arrival. My wife and I live next door to the property and we, or our service manager, are available to welcome guests on arrival, to assist them with information about the property and the area. If you need advice about your stay, places to visit, eat at or see - please ask! We are here to help you! The accommodation is in a quiet rural location, 5 minutes by car from shops in Berwick upon Tweed or the beach/coast. It's ideal if you want peace and tranquility! A 5 minute car ride takes you to shops, entertainment, a sports centre and dining - with everything from bistro style to fine dining. There is a local bus service. We are 7 mins from the main line train station (by car or taxi) and close to A1. Edinburgh is 50 minutes by car as is Newcastle upon Tyne. We are a non smoking property, including all grounds and patios. This includes E-cigarettes and Vaping. Due to our Woodland location, BBQ's are not allowed on site. We are unable to accept pets. Bringing a baby? For a child under 2 years we have a full compliment of baby needs - cot, highchair, stair gate, baby alarm, baby pots etc all f.o.c. Maximum - 1 infant under 2 in the property.
