Spacious, light and airy self contained bungalow in a peaceful location, situated within the gated grounds of our house in an Essex village just outside Billericay close to A127 and M25. Our bungalow has proven ideal for contractors, tradesmen, and business travellers. We have secure parking for your vehicle, please let us know if you have more than one and the bungalow it has its own small yard. If you are booking for an employee please let me know so that I can forward them the details. This 2 bedroom bungalow has central heating. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. It also has a television and DVD player in the wardrobe. The second bedroom has twin beds, a hanging rail and bookshelf. This spacious room also has a dining table and 4 chairs, which can make an ideal quiet work area separate from living space. The lounge is an open plan area which includes a sofa bed that sleeps one, approx dimensions 180x105cm. There is a television and a DVD player in the lounge. The kitchen has an oven, a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, fridge and breakfast bar with two stools. The bathroom has a shower, w.c and sink with a heated towel rail. The bungalow has its own small secure private outside space but you do not have use of our garden. Residents only are to use the property, no guests allowed. After booking has been confirmed please send us your estimated time of arrival along with your mobile number. We can then add you to our automatic gates system so that you can access the property independently throughout your stay. This will be the only phone that can open the gates. We live in the main house and work from the property, so will be about most of the time if you need us. Billericay town is the nearest town which has a busy High Street, full of shops and bars and restaurants. Local shops include a fantastic fish and chip shop, in South Green The Codfather and the nearest pub, The Noak Bridge has entertainment most weekends both a short drive away. Nearest supermarket Asda at Pipps Hill Retail Park. Nearby attractions include Barleylands Farm Park and Craft Village, many Golf Courses, Fisheries and Wedding Venues. This is a semi-rural location. We are approx 10 minutes drive from mainline stations, Basildon, Laindon and Billericay. A car is advisable as we do not have pavements. There is a bus stop into town a walk away but some of the route is along a grass verge. We have access to a local minicab company and Uber. We have a dog, so please close the garden gate. The WiFi can sometimes be intermittent due to the semi rural location. No parties or guests allowed. If any amenities are required that are not listed please message and I will try and help.
