Exclusive use of cedar hot tub till 10.30pm for a one off payment of £40. Our classic five path labyrinth sits in our adjacent paddock. A tranquil setting - chill out time! A tiled entrance porch leads through the kitchen/entrance area into a charming, beamed living room with dining area. French windows look out across the lawn and lead to your private patio area. An oak staircase leads up to the master bedroom with triple aspect ensuite bathroom, corner bath and separate shower cubicle. The downstairs bedroom has another ensuite bathroom, plus roll top bath and separate shower cubicle. The optional upstairs, third bedroom, is accessed through the master. The cottage is at the end of a private lane at the edge of a small hamlet, with its own large, grassed parking area for guests' private use. A country footpath leads through some of the grounds and into the countryside beyond. Excellent road links to villages, towns and motorways beyond. Situated at the edge of a small Hampshire hamlet, next to a footpath leading to miles of country walks. Two award winning inns are nearby, as are Pithall Farm, Wasing Park, Sandford Springs Golf Club, The Old Mill and The Bombay Sapphire Distillery, all within easy reach. Calleva Roman town is not far away. There is ample private parking at the property which is situated at the end of a private lane. We're about halfway between the M3 and M4. Basingstoke's mainline station to London Waterloo is 15 minutes away by car. The optional third bedroom adjoins the upstairs master bedroom and is available for bookings of more than 4 guests, or by prior arrangement (there's a small extra laundry charge). Dressing gowns, outdoor towels and slippers are provided for your exclusive use of the hot tub. That is available until 10.30pm.
