Lake house close to Copenhagen

Modern family friendly lake house with direct access to the lake, and only 30 min drive north from Copenhagen center and 5 min driving to the beach. The house is perfect for a family who wants to see Copenhagen and have a relaxing time as well. The house has been in several international interior magazines, and is a perfect spot for you who apperciate nice design in a casual and relaxing way. The best thing about our house is it is placed with direct access to the lake and the forest, in the same time it is close to Copenhagen. The beach can be reached within 5 minutes by car. At the lake side we have boats and we have the terrace with possibility to do outdoor cooking. We are a family with 3 grown up children and an allergy friendly dog, so the house is perfect for both children and adults. It is possible to have guests to sleep. Our house is an architectural gem set in a quiet residential neighbourhood with excellent access to local amenities. Copenhagen is only a short train journey away. You will have access to all house except from two rooms, where we keep personal belongings. The house includes: entrance with bathroom, and access to upper and lover floors. Two bedrooms, two newer bathrooms, office, washing room. Upper floor includes old but nice kitchen and living room with fireplace and access to balcony, from the balcony you can enjoy your breakfast with the beautiful view to the lake. The lower floor includes one bedroom and a multiroom. In total the house is 220 m2. The garden has two parts: one patio away from the lake, the patio has place for dining and relaxing times as well as a ping pong table, If you like to sleep in the open air this is the perfect spot to watch stars in the night. At the lake side you will have direct acess to large terrace with BBQ and great views. We have several boats to play on the lake, it is also possible to fish. If you need any help during your stay you are welcome to call us. We are only 30 minutes away. Our large villa is situated only 22 km north from Copenhagen center. The area is known for the nature and beautiful surroundings, many people from Copenhagen go here to mountin bike, to run or to swim or just to have their picnic in the wonderful surroundings with horses, sheeps and of cause the lake view enjoying the tranquil nature. It takes less than 30 minutes to reach the center of Copenhagen by car. The bus stop is only 300 m from the house and from here you can reach the train station in 5 minutes and be in the center of Copenhagen within 30 minnutes. If you take the bus the other way you can eighter get to Hørsholm with lots of shops and cafees or Rungsted havn with the beach and lots of resturants and a really cozy atmosphere. Our house is besides close to Copenhagen and the beach also near the famous modern museum Louisianna with contempory art. If you go to the forest theres a small resturant right next to the lake, you will also find a small public beach in this area.
