Quiet getaway

1st floor apartment in a semi rural area near to the South Downs, Brighton and Goodwood approximately 28 miles away. Kitchen includes oven, microwave, washer/dryer and fridge. The lounge/ dining area has a TV plus a DVD and VHS player. There is also a football table for your use. One parking space is available to guests together with an outdoor area for you to enjoy. The apartment is surrounded by a large area of garden, a pond and a paddock where horses are kept. These areas are not available to guests.
