Escape to our brand new, immaculately clean, independent home in Nafpaktos. Bright & stylish, complete with all of the modern luxuries and designed with an architect's touch. Our home is the ultimate place to unwind after a day of exploring the dreamy seaside, traditional mountains, and charming local villages in the region. Our house is located on the first floor of an independent building and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open plan living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will also find a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. Both bedrooms have air conditioning while the third with a single bed and desk has a ceiling fan. There are two bathrooms one of which is en-suite in the main bedroom. There is a private, gated parking space for up to 2 vehicles directly beneath the house. The house is located just 1.7 km (3 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot) from the historic center of Nafpaktos on the road to the most popular beaches, with comfortable and easy access. For your convenience there is a private parking space for two cars right at the back of the building. In the neighborhood you will find everything you need from a pharmacy tavern and supermarket. In case you do not have a means of transport there is a local bus with several routes to the city center as well as an intercity. We want you to feel as if you are in the privacy of your own home when you stay with us - but please don’t hesitate to email/text/or call for any reason. We would love to offer tips and suggestions for the local area if you are interested. Otherwise, enjoy having the place to yourselves and please, make yourselves at home! It’s easiest to arrive by car or motorcycle - though you may also choose to arrive by KTEL (bus) from Athens, Patras, Thessaloniki or Ioannina. There are many departures and arrivals daily. The KTEL terminal is approx 1.5km from our home. Our 110 sq meter home is laid out on one level, though located on the first floor. It is the only home in the building, so you will have ultimate privacy. Upon entering the space you will see that it is bright and airy, with an open floor plan in the main room. The kitchen living and dining area make up one great room that opens out onto the wrap-around balcony. Beyond the dining area, there is a hallway that leads to a laundry closet (complete with washing machine, first aid kit, iron and ironing board, a full bath with shower, and 3 bedro
