A kingsize bed in a nice, quiet neighbourhood.
My house is close to the ferry port, and a ten minute taxi ride to the city centre, the beach, and places of interest. I have a very comfortable kingsize bed in a lovely light room. I am an easy going, relaxed host, and I really like people to treat my house as a home from home. My house is pet-friendly as I have a Jack Russell Terrier, and I am more than happy to have dogs come and stay with their owners. There are parks and a lovely pond nearby, along with shops and takeaways. Many people who stay with me use my house as a pit stop going to and from the International Ferry. I am more than happy for people to share my home, including the fully equipped kitchen, the garden, lounge and dining area. Guests have sole use of the upstairs shower room and toilet. Please note that this is a "homestay" rather than a traditional b and b or hotel. If I am around during your stay, you will bump into me! Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, garden and living spaces. Free street parking on my road and all surrounding roads in the area. I can be completely flexible, depending on what guests want. More than happy to offer recommendations on various subjects if necessary. It's a quiet neighbourhood. There are local shops and pubs a five minute walk away. A lovely pond and play grounds are also very close. If you arrive by car it may be difficult to park directly outside the house after 5pm. However, the street and all the neighbouring streets do not have any parking restrictions so it is relatively easy to find somewhere nearby. Cheapest taxi service can be contacted on (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). My house is a ten minute taxi drive from Fratton station and a 10-15 minute drive to the international ferry port. It is an easy 25-30 minute drive to Southampton airport. I don't have a microwave.
