Cosy studio apartment, guest house.

A medium sized studio, with private entrance, boasts its own private bathroom and kitchen. A spacious double bed, instant hot water. Double wardrobes and free wifi. Private road with private access. Quite neighbourhood with off street parking. Basic necessities like toilet roll, soap, shampoo amd bedding will be provided. Guests must bring their own towels. Guests are free to use all the space within the apartment, any space on the road to park their vehicles, being courteous of neighbours driveways etc. Guests can use the garden if needed. Guests can access the flat/guesthouse and garden area. I would be available on the phone or via message, and on occasions in person. However we have tried our utmost best to minimise this and make the check in and check out more convenient for guests with a lock box and simple instructions places inside the room. This enables guest privacy and more flexibility for guest arrival times Very quite private road, neighbours are all working and not very loud, its a safe and secure neighbourhood, people keep themselves to themselves and a smile goes a long way. Guests who have cars can park for free on the road, bikes can be stored in the back garden. Guests who have used public transport, can use buses and instructions inside will show the nearest bus stop, bus station and train station. We do not provide towels, and we will only provide two sets of bed sheets, to every guest for the entire length of stay, unless something drastic happens. Washing machine is available inside apartment. We will provide soap, shampoo and toilet roll. It really is self service after that.
