Les Marais House Annexe, Traditional Cod House

Three bedroom annexe to main house, with own private access and parking. Downstairs consists of sitting room, dining kitchen and cloakroom. Upstairs three generous sized bedrooms, all superking beds, two of which can be converted to twins if required, all with TVs. Fully equipped, with access to tennis court. Beautifully decorated with hotel-feel bedding. Very close to beautiful Gorey with easy access to St Helier and the rest of the scenic island of Jersey. Distant views of Mont Orgeuil castle. Guests have use of an outside area with a table and chairs and a barbecue. Guests may also use the tennis court (by arrangement). The whole of the annexe is for guests' use only. The main house is separated by a locked door from the annexe and guests have their own front door. If I am not available my friend Gill will be nearby. Grouville is a rural parish and the house is surrounded by fields. Around 100m away is a small hotel with a restaurant. 200m aware is a Co-Op supermarket which sells most things you might need. Gorey beach and harbour are within a few minutes drive or bus ride or a gentle 15 minute walk. Parking is available in front of the annexe. There is a bus stop nearby with a bus service to St Helier and Gorey every hour. My friend Gill helps me with managing bookings and welcoming or checking out if I'm not available. The wifi does not include access to streaming services. If you require these please let us know so that a separate arrangement for payment can be made.
