Holiday chalet in Borca di Cadore - Dolomites - 15 km to Cortina d'Ampezzo#

Recently renovated country barn transformed into a luxuriously finished dwelling. The apartment that we offer to our guests is on the first floor and is equipped with every comfort. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people: it has three bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds but can be combined, one with two single beds), two bathrooms (1 with bath/shower and 1 with large shower), a spacious lounge where one can find the living area, dining table and kitchenette, a balcony, parking for one car and there is also a public car park nearby; cellar/ski deposit; fully enclosed garden, in a quiet position at the rear of the chalet, you will appreciate the lounge chairs, a sun umbrella and wooden table and benches for lunch or a snack (only in summer). Upon your arrival you will find a welcome basket. The rent INCLUDES kitchen, bed and bath linen, cooking equipment, water and electrical consumption and final cleaning. For your comfort, you will find already at your arrival an assortment of food staples (sugar, salt, oil, coffee, tea, pasta, rice, bouillon cubes, spirits...), toiletries and various detergents. The rent DOESN'T INCLUDE: in the colder months of the year, you will be asked a contribution of € 150 per week for gas heating. HOUSE RULES: smoking is not permitted in the house; please, avoid making noise after 10:30 P.M.; would you kindly please tell me if anything has been broken or damaged so that you can leave a sum of money to cover any replacement costs if necessary; check in after 3:00 P.M. and check out within 10:00 A.M.; before leaving,the kitchen area must be at least roughly inorder and left clean and free of trash.
