We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in. The Penthouse @ The Reserve Condominium is set in the heart of Rodney Bay at the luxury Reserve Condominium boutique complex. The property is extremely private and peaceful yet within walking distance of all of the amenities Rodney Bay has to offer, such as a morning stroll along Reduit beach, dining out in one of St Lucia's lovely restaurants or perusing the local shops and supermarkets. The nightlife is close by too but doesn’t disturb your stay @The Penthouse The Penthouse is a 4-bedroom top floor apartment set within a beautifully kept tropical garden which overlook the tranquil lagoon. A generous sized swimming pool is set within the gardens which provides our guests the ideal setting to enjoy all day Caribbean sunshine and the constant trade winds provide a pleasant breeze. Boasting its own private dock you can arrange to hire a Yacht which can be safely moored here with prior arrangement and for an additional fee. The kitchen, dining and living room area is open plan and great for relaxing after a day out exploring the island. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven and microwave. The large balcony terrace allows for alfresco dining. All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans. They also have large balconies with outdoor seating and tables. The twin bedrooms are either side of the corridor, both with en suite bathrooms, including large shower, 2 wash basins, bidet and toilet. The queen bedroom is at the end of the corridor with a full en suite bathroom including large shower, 2 wash basins, bidet and toilet. Upstairs the fourth bedroom has a queen bed, private balcony with comfortable wicker arm chairs and a large en suite bathroom, with shower, Jacuzzi tub, two wash basin vanities, bidet and toilet. The Reserve is a gated property with caretaker/gardener on hand during the day and a friendly night time security for your peace of mind. Electricity on the island is very expensive. There are air conditioning units in all of the bedrooms and the main living area for your comfort. We do however, kindly ask that when you are not using the rooms that you switch off the air conditioning. We are only able to keep the rental costs to a special price due to the kind understanding of our guests. We provide a generous allowance for electricity use at 50 kw per day as an average. If the usage exceeds this then the additional cost will be charged to the guests at departure. A reading can be provided mid stay to allow an estimation of cost if requested. The rate of EC$ 0.95 per KW will be charged. The Penthouse @ The Reserve has everything you would need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
