Large room with double bed, separate fully fitted kitchen with self catering facilities (inc microwave, full size oven, fridge & freezer) and a shower room. Travel cot available required. Perfect home from home stay away or weekend retreat. Great local facilities including a pub within 5mins walk, great walks. Portsmouth, Southampton & Winchester just 30mins away. Set in the heart of the Meon Valley and a short distance from the South Downs Way, the accommodation boasts secure off road parking for 2 guest cars and secure cycle storage. A perfect environment for a relaxing business, walking or cycling break. We have a fully equipped kitchen including fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and grill as well as a Nespresso Coffee machine for you coffee lovers. During your stay you have complete private access to the annex and are free to come and go as you please. Access to your own private kitchen, shower room, toilet and own separate entrance to annex. Large cosy quiet double bedroom with double bed. Our accommodation has its own self catering facilities with microwave, sink and fridge freezer. The room is completed with a modern flat screen TV and free unlimited WiFi. We are available but happy you to leave you alone as per your needs. Two traditional English Pubs (Rising Sun & The Brickmakers)are within walking distance of the house, there also is a village shop / post office about 5 mins walk away. Great local walks/bike rides on your doorstep. Bishops Waltham has several coffee shops, bakery & Sainsbury Local. Parking is plentiful there are parking spaces for 2 guest cars. The flat / annex is situated in the rear of the main property in a large garden away from the main road so it is very quiet and leafy, it is also not overlooked by neighbors so is therefore private.
