This very quaint studio is newly renovated. Everything is brand new! Subway tile back-splash, butcher-block counter-tops,ceramic tile flooring, carefully selected furnishings and a private entrance. Short walk to massive park with a track for exercise. NJ Transit bus and trains are both minutes away. Train and bus ride to the city are half hour long. $10 Uber ride to MET LIFE stadium and American Dream Mall. Studio’s private entrance is on the side of a two family house. It’s all newly renovated. Fully stocked kitchen for meal prep. American Leather sleeper sofa is the most comfortable sleeper in the market. Like sleeping on a bed. Guests have access to entire studio space. Private entrance, WiFi, Netflix account on TV My co-host and I are available via text preferably. My mother (and co-host) is recently retired and she is on the second floor of the house. She is happy to assist! Neighborhood is very quiet. Private homes. There is a big park walking distance from the studio. Also, a supermarket for groceries. Most local residents park on the street. There’s always plenty of parking. There’s a DeCamp bus that is walking distance, goes into NYC in under 45 minutes. A little further out is the NJ Transit Kingsland train station that goes into NYC in less than half hour. The Kingsland station is a $5. Uber ride away. It’s a pretty long walk, but doable in warmer months.
