Bright and Tranquil Haven Close to LAX Airport

Explore LA from a central location with easy access to beaches, sites, airport and more! Come home to a quiet, tranquil retreat with a spacious garden where you can pick seasonal fruit to enjoy out on the redwood deck. A whole-house water filtration system ensures drinks and showers are ultra-clean. Being recently renovated, the guesthouse has a beautiful, bright kitchen with subway tiles and a butchers-block kitchen island. The hosts love to cook, so have provided a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you should need to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen and living areas have tons of windows which look out onto the spacious garden, fruit trees, patio and deck. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and is exceptionally comfortable! The black-out curtains make it a great place to catch up on zzzzz after a fun day out in LA! We just completed our latest home-improvement project: the installation of a whole-house carbon water filtration system. All water entering the house is now filtered, which we were super excited about :) Your private suite contains an open concept kitchen and living area, private bathroom and bedroom. Your suite is connected to the back of our bungalow home. You'll share the garden, patio and deck with us. We're often around and hanging out in the garden, pottering about over the weekends, and busy during the week. During your stay, we'll be available to ensure you have everything you need and to answer any questions that you may have, but we'll also give you your space. Reach the airport, beaches, and downtown Los Angeles quickly and easily, thanks to the proximity to the 105 and 110 highways. Alternatively, head for the bus and train station nearby to explore further afield. The grocery store is just a short walk. It's close to LAX and 20 minutes from Manhattan beach. There's a bus / train station nearby that takes you straight to downtown LA and other great locations! There is plenty of free any-time parking on the street. We have a very friendly, lovable puppy named LoKi. He’s a 10lb mini golden doodle who loves belly rubs, people and other fur babies. Since the guesthouse is connected to our main house, it’s inevitable that you’ll meet him at some point during your stay.
