The Annexe, Centre of Dedham

In the centre of Dedham, The Annexe offers a restful retreat to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside. Just off the High Street, it is perfectly located to enjoy all that Dedham has to offer. Restaurants, pubs, shops, beautiful walks and the river are all moments away. The private annexe is attached to our house with its own entrance and superb views of St Mary's Church. The studio room has a double bed, shower room and a kitchenette with the essentials including a fridge, kettle, wifi, towels, bedsheets and tea/coffee. There is off street parking for one car. The Annexe is a self contained studio flat with its own entrance via a staircase. Access is through our family garden which is not to be used by guests. We like to welcome our guests and are available for any queries you may have. We are happy to make local recommendations and have left some tips and maps in the property. Check in is from 4.00pm. Check out is 11am but we are flexible if other guests aren't expected, please just ask. Dedham is a quintessential countryside escape with a number of traditional pubs, tea rooms and shops. There are many places to visit including the magnificent church, Munnings museum and many country walks including the Essex Way and a beautiful walk to Flatford. The river Stour is minutes away and is a perfect place to hire a rowing boat, picnic or go for a riverside walk. We have one off street parking space available. Once parked all the village amenities are less than a minute walk.
