Sure, just a 10 minutes drive away. Dont forget the Hague, just 8 minutes by car! The city centre of Delft is a 10 minute bike ride. Easy to get around by car. Bus stops nearby. As being a waterfront property you should consider the boats sailing by ;). Also please note that there is a road near the tiny house and you can expect to hear cars passing by.
