This house was an original house in the Energy World exhibition in 1986 and was one of the Gas show homes with state of the art energy efficient features - although things have moved on since then 😊 This house has a lovely vibe and guests are made welcome. It comprises a lounge, dining room, conservatory, two double bedrooms (one en-suite), one single bedroom (although additional bed can be made available), shared family bathroom, and downstairs toilet with large accessible garden (guests in the annexe also have access to the garden). It is a non-smoking, pet-free household. Guests will be able to access: Lounge, Kitchen, Dining room, Downstairs toilet, Utility room, Conservatory, Single bedroom, Family bathroom, Double bedroom and Master bedroom with ensuite. The garden is also accessible from the conservatory. One of us is usually available nearby most of the time as we live two minutes away 😊 The location is excellent for both business and leisure. Very close to the station (1.9km), Stadium MK (3km), Milton Keynes National Bowl (0.5km) and Milton Keynes shopping and theatre amenities (3km). Milton Keynes Xscape with Sno-Zone (indoor skiing and snowboarding), iFly (indoor skydiving), Gullivers Lands and Theatre District are all nearby and easily accessible by taxi as is Bletchley Park (around £5). Located in a quiet local neighbourhood the house is part of the Energy World development and formed part of the 1986 Energy World exhibition. Guests have unlimited access to a private tennis court. It is a 5 minutes walk to sought after gastropub the 'Old Beams' offering both a good atmosphere and food, and a 5 minute walk to Furzton Lake and 'Hungry Horse' pub and restaurant beside the lake. Local convenience store is a 1 minute walk. Easy access to train station - trains to London 35 minutes, Birmingham 55 minutes, 1 mile from Central Milton Keynes station. Local buses 7/24/25 run regularly. Bletchley Park is easily accessible by bus and train. Silverstone is a 25 minute drive away (15 miles). 25 - 40 mins to Luton airport, 10 mins from the M1, 5 minutes the A5. The house also owns a share of a tennis court (2 minutes walk) which is especially great to use in the summer months. Guests will have access to this so please ask us if you are interested.
