You will have our entire Farmhouse Inn for your enjoyment during your stay, there are no shared areas. As you drive in, you will notice a stairway attached to the retaining wall. Follow the walk-path which leads to the Inn. It is located on the lower level that is secured from the rest of the house. The lock-box is attached to the door- you will receive a lock code to access keys inside, a few hours prior to your arrival. Heating and cooling is controlled by the upper unit thermostat. Since the space is on the lower level, it tends to be cooler. There is a space heater in the winter months for extra comfort, as well as extra blanket throws to wrap yourselves in. The central heating and cooling unit is enclosed in a louvered closet in the space. You will hear the unit turn on from time to time as it cools/heats. The Farmhouse offers a kitchen hutch with portable induction stove-top and sink for light cooking. There is also a full refrigerator , microwave, washer and dryer. Fresh linens, complementary coffee/tea, and snacks are also available. There are marked storage/utility rooms that are closed/locked. They should not be entered without the owner's permission. Please remember that you do share walls and typical household sounds may be heard from guest(s) or host(s). We always seeks to be considerate of our guests to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Long terms stays are welcomed on a month to month basis. We offer up to 20% in discounts for qualifying guests. No large commercial vehicles allowed. Our friendly neighbors consists of deer, turkeys, squirrels and peacocks. Like some neighbors they can be nosy- feel free to say hello if you care to. They may or may not respond back. Lyft or UBER are good options if you do not have your own vehicle.
