3 bed house in small village in the Chilterns

3 bedroom semi-detached character house in a small rural village, with two pubs. Off street parking for 2 cars, Secure enclosed garden for maximum of two dogs. Great for walking and cycling in the Chilterns with long/short walks from the doorstep or short car journey away. Easy access to central London via the Metropolitan tube or rail lines. Easy access to M1, M25,M40, M4, Heathrow and Luton airports. Numerous attractions nearby eg Harry Potter World, Leavesden studios and Whipsnade zoo 1900s brick built 3 bedroom house (2 double bedrooms and a small single bedroom) with recently renovated kitchen with all mod cons. Large bright lounge with two large settees and a wood burning stove (in addition to the gas central heating). SMART TV with Sky including Sky Sports. Conservatory and a small enclosed garden with outdoor seating. NB noise can be heard from the pub garden next door Parking on drive for 2 cars. People may find it easier to reverse on the drive to help visibility when leaving the drive. Car is needed as there is limited public transport. The majority of the village does not have pavements or street lighting. There are narrow lanes surrounding the village and you may on occasion meet farm traffic. I will not usually be close by, but will be available by phone or email. Small, very pretty village surrounded by countryside, but shops and other entertainment close by. The village has two pubs with excellent restaurants (one award winning). There are numerous good pubs/restaurants in nearby villages. Village has limited public transport so a car is required. There are some narrow country roads and you may meet farm traffic occasionally. Good links to the M25, M1, M40 and M4. Fantastic walking/cycling from house or a short car drive eg Ashridge Estate, Chess Valley, Dunstable Downs. Numerous walking books available in the house.
