Our wonderful newly renovated 50sqm with A/C two room apartment is stylish and fully equipped and it is awaiting for you. Big sunny private terrace, Pool (summer), wi-fi, an, a modern kitchen with everything you need for cooking, stove & oven. In front of the House which is protected with a high fence you can safly park your car/camper or your motorcycle. You could also use the garage, just let us know a day prior to your arrival. We have two bicycles FREE to ride around the neighborhood. You will be staying on the ground floor, with a big sunny terrace just for you. The house is located in a quite and green area - Pesnica Pri Mariboru, 3 minutes away from the highway. In the summer you are able to use the pool and the garden around the the house. There is one Queen size bed (140cm) for two people and sleeping sofa. You would be staying on nicely designed 40sqm in the ground floor of an Typicall Slovenian House near Maribor.. Around the house is a big garden, perfect if you have a dog with you.. The Apartment was renovated and finished in summer 2020. We have two bicycles FREE to ride around the neighborhood. At arrival my mom or me always try to hand over the keys in person so I can give a little tour around the appartment and give some extra tips, tricks and practical information for your stay. Of course, if there are any more questions about the apartment or the city I will answer them too. Then I will leave the apartment quietly so you can settle down a moment from your travel and enjoy your stay at this great city. Maribor is reachable within 8-10 minutes with your car. Around Pesnica you can enjoy the greens of Slovenia with your bike or just go for a nice walk. Because of the direct booking we need 60 min to prepare the apartment with fresh towels and fresh sheets.. In the meantime you also can wait at the pool area and relax your evening..
