The Grain House

Guest house on 12 acre horse farm. 1/4 mile off Harrodsburg Rd. in Nicholasville. Owned by thoroughbred owners. We have resident miniature donkeys, horses . 10 mins to Lexington, 15 mins to Keeneland & 25 mins to Ky Horse Park One bedroom with 2 twin beds or one King bed upstairs. Full bath and an efficiency kitchen downstairs. Grill out front. Cable and internet. Coffee, tea, milk, oj, yogurt, cereal, bananas and breakfast bars for breakfast. Walk a bouts on the farm. We are people persons and enjoy interacting if that suits the people staying there. We are a farm so it is very quiet except for my mini donkeys talking occasionaly. We are rural, out in the country. You will need your own transportation. We are not responsible for horse, donkey or cat nibbles for those who are not knowledgeable of farm animals. No parties.
