Top floor apartment in a 3 family house, which is close to the city center of Auerbach. Our apartment is located about 300 m from the city center and is therefore very easy to reach on foot, but also by car. The living room has a large corner couch that could be converted into another sleeping facility and a TV. In the city there are numerous possibilities to visit restaurants (exemplary: German, Italian, Asian and Greek cuisine). A supermarket is also only a few minutes' walk away, so that nothing stands in the way of self-sufficiency. The bathroom has a large window (daylight) and is equipped with a bathtub, a shower and a washing machine. The flooring in the apartment is laid with cleaning-friendly lenoleum.
