Grange Barn is a 4 bed barn conversion sleeping up to 10 (8 adults + day bed). Wifi/netflix/tvs in all bedrooms. Outside area with hot tub/bbq & fire pit area. Plenty of parking. Dog friendly (up to 2 .. £15 each extra ... no dogs under 12 months old). Located on the Cleveland Way and a 25 min walk to the picturesque village of Staithes ... and only 11 miles to Whitby. Amazing views of the sea. Minimum stay is 3 nights but 10% - 25% discount on 4 to 7 nights .. contact me for details. Beautiful 4 bedroom barn conversion located on the Cleveland Way with amazing views of the sea. Plenty of space to enjoy a family/friends get together or special occasion .. or just enjoying the stunning surrounding area. We have two other one bedroom cottages as well .. which might be of use if you have more in your group and has added bonus of a games room with pool table and table tennis. Guests have the whole barn and have access to the front of the area with parking and outside seating / dining area. We live on site and are here to help you in anyway that you need but will leave you in peace if you don't need us! Boulby is just outside of Staithes .... it's a very peaceful and quiet area with beautiful views of the sea and fields. Fantastic views of the sea. You can walk along the Cleveland Way as the path runs by the Barn (25 mins). Walk to Staithes and Runswick Bay .,. two of the best coastal villages around and where you can find great pubs and places to eat. We are located on the Cleveland Way so great for walkers. You can walk to the fabulous village of Staithes in 25 mins. There is a bus stop 5 mins walk away which will take you to Whitby etc. We have two other one bedroom cottages on site .. Byre Cottage and Farmhouse Cottage. So if you are looking for a getaway for more guests then this could be an option. You also will get sole use of a games room with table tennis and pool table. Dogs (2) are welcome .. but they are not allowed in the bedrooms and no dogs younger than 12 months old. furniture. We charge £15 extra for each dog. We have some fields that are adjacent to the barn and sometimes cows are there .. it is all fenced off but need to advise you of this.
