This two-level lakefront gem is complete with 4 bedrooms, master bed & bath with deck, 3 baths, 2 fully furnished kitchens (one on each level), washer & dryer, large screen TV's w/cable & DVD's, lakeside decks with outdoor furniture, screen porches on each level, brick patio, outdoor grills, waterfront fire pit, grassy sideyards and dock. Authentic Northwoods interior finishes throughout complete with cleaning service. You can close off one level from the other if you so choose! Includes large 24 ft/12 person pontoon, motorized fishing boat, paddleboards, kayaks, canoes, water toys and large dock. Lake Arrowhead has great fishing and is perfect for water skiing and boarding without all the traffic. You can even boat across the lake to one of the area's premier pizza parlors! Property faces west for picturesque sunsets, and lakefront is all sand bottom, tapering off gently for great water fun. We bought and completely remodeled and refurbished after combing the Northwoods for the perfect spot. While tucked away and quiet, the property is also very close to area bike and snowmobile trails, grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses, casino and downtown Minocqua.
