Bedroom one has a double bed and bedroom two has a single bed with trundle bed "pull out" - although a tight fit in the smallest bedroom! Downstairs the house has a comfortable living room with wood burner. The kitchen diner is very well equipped. Gas central heating. Outside space includes patio and private parking. Yoxford is known as the garden of Suffolk. The house is located at the quiet end of the High street and walking distance from "Main" - a renowned restaurant, 2 pubs and an award winning tea room and cafe. The village has a range of antique shops and art galleries and is half a mile away from Darsham train station. Yoxford is perfectly located near the seaside towns of Southwold, Aldeburgh, Dunwich and Walberswick. Minsmere nature reserve (BBC's Springwatch) and the larger towns of Saxmundham (Waitrose) and Framlingham are also nearby, as is the village of Snape with the famous Maltings music, art and shopping.
