Huge Room in Victorian House

Huge room on the third floor of a beautiful house in Brittan Square. Own bathroom and bedroom. Shared kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry and back yard. Quiet street, walking distance to Green Hill Park, a block from bus stop and about 1 mile from a shopping plaza with grocery store, restaurants, bookstore and more. We are 1.8 miles from Saint Vincent Hospital (Summer St), 1.4 miles from UMASS Belmont St and 2.8 miles from UMASS Medical School. You enjoy the experience of living in an old Victorian house. This third floor room offers privacy in a comfortable roomy space. There is a steep stairway to the third floor. Although we share the kitchen, the room has a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Common entrance -front or back - all first floor space is common. Kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry, pantry. There is a shelf and a drawer reserved for guests in the kitchen refrigerator. When we are at home, we like to hang out as much or little as you want to., so when we plan special dinners we always invite our guests to join us. In special occasions, I have taken guests to the airport or train station if I'm available. We are walking distance to Green Hill Park and basic shopping area. Nice quiet street, great neighbors. There's a lot to do in Worcester, Museum (WAM), Botanical Garden, sports, Restaurants, hiking, Colonial village (near by), zoo, bowling, dancing, karaoke... you name it! Downtown Worcester is also going through a "make over" with new hotels, restaurants and breweries. You should check them out. Bus 23 and 14 one block away, a twenty minute ride to the HUB and train station (or 35-40 minute walk) and there is plenty of UBER and Lift drivers here. If you arrive at Logan Airport, you can get to Worcester from South Station in Boston and get the train which leaves mostly every hour. It's a 1:30 hr ride and about $14.00 one way. Due to COVID-19 , for safety reason, I will be a little more selective of my guest. Before accepting or declining a request I will be asking questions to make sure this is a good and safe match for both sides. I apologize in advance, and hope you understand. Alyssa and I are Licensed Foster Care Providers with one girl from DRC and a boy from Eretria, so all guests who spend the night in the house should be CORIED (have a background check). Once we accept your inquiry we'll send you the form to be completed. For long term guests, we provide initial bathroom supplies, to ease your transition into a new space. The cleaning fee charged by AirBnB is a fee used toward cleaning the bedroom and bathroom between guests, and we are glad to do house cleaning as often as you like for an extra fee of $35 per request (dust and vacuum the bedroom and hallway area, clean the bathroom and wash towels and linen)
