Beautiful Downtown Craftsman

Make yourself at home in my beautifully restored craftsman house nestled on a quiet dead end street, just a short walk from historic sowntown. Whip up a meal in the gourmet kitchen, watch a movie in the downstairs media room, grill dinner outside, or read a book on the porch. You'll have the house to yourself with three bedrooms and two bathrooms that will suit your every need. *This house is not suitable for children, pets, or parties. Built in 1916 and fully updated in 2020, this craftsman has a lot of character. The kitchen, dining room, guest room, and bathroom are on the main floor. Upstairs is the king master suite and ensuite bathroom. Downstairs is the third guest room, media room, and laundry facilities. The house is outfitted with Sonos sound system for your listening pleasure. I really want you to feel at home here. Feel free to use the media room, kitchen, and especially the indoor/outdoor living with a large covered front porch with views of the river or hang out and relax on the back patio or hammock. The office is off-limits. Please refrain from using this space. There's on site parking which can fit 1-2 cars in the driveway. Street parking is also available. My house is located on a quiet dead end street with views of the Columbia and Klickitat Mountains. It is a quick 10-15 minute walk downtown to restaurants, tap rooms, shops, and the farmer's market. I do have a cat. He will not be on site during your stay-but if you’re severely allergic to cats then this may not be the place for you.
