Single room with own bathroom

Comfortable quiet single room in a semi detached house on the edge of the countryside, sole use of bathroom. Hatton locks and Warwick parkway railway station are within walking distance. Good cycling and walking routes. Warwick Castle, Shakespeare country and some national trust houses nearby. 5 minutes from junction 15 of the M40 and A46 to Coventry and Stratford upon Avon. Hatton park is off the A4177 to Solihull and Birmingham. There is a bus service number 16 to Warwick. I feel my home is in a good position for travelling whether by car or public transport. I offer tea/coffee making facilities and a TV in the room. I provide private use of a bathroom and a secluded stay with no interruptions, respecting m guests privacy and space, but available if needed. Guests are able to use my kitchen if required, to cook themselves a meal. I have a garden which also can be accessed to sit and enjoy.
