Bright & Airy Large Loft Room with Private Ensuite

I am listing this on behalf of my parents,they have been hosting airbnb guests with great reviews for a past few years. Recently they have moved house to about 5min walk away from previous house. My parents are kind , very open minded and work full time. This large loft room is at the top floor(second) of my parents house. This room contains a private shower room within it. This is the only room in the top floor so the entire floor is yours! This lovely loft room is entirely yours with a shower room inside inside it. There is a double bed ,2 bedside tables, chest of drawers , chairs and wardrobe. We can accommodate 2 extra guests for a charge of 10 pounds per person per night My parent's bedroom and bathroom is in the first floor. You have your own shower room in your ensuite room in the second floor. The ground floor comprises of kitchen space with all amenities such as hob/ oven/ microwave/ kettle/ dishwasher/ washing machine/ fridge freezer etc. There is a nice deck area in the patio outside. In the garden there are bayleaf, palm trees & grass. Chill out and enjoy the garden! If you need anything or have any questions, either message me on here or simply ask my parents, we would like to make your stay as comfortable as possible so your comfort is our priority We are always available for the guest's interaction and queries. This place is a minute walk to Queens hosptial. About 15minute walk by foot from Romford station (or 5min bus ride via several frequent buses from Romford station) This a quiet residential area with very easy access to pubs/shops(massive tesco 5min walk) or go to the main Romford town centre which has 2 big shopping malls , cinema , restaurants, leisure centre and a market! Everything is within 10-15min walking distance. Trains from Romford station take you to stratford in 8min(every half hour) or 20min(every10min) and also liverpool street station in 15min(every half hour) or 25min(every 10min). There are all other tube line connections from Stratford and Liverpool street station. There is easy access to airports too as our trains run from 4.50AM up til past midnight!
