Exclusive Cottage Ještědka with cosy indoor grill

Charming cottage is located close to Jested. It is newly renovated and designed in harmony. It is rented as an object and year-round. The environment is suitable for hiking, cycling and golf. You will find privacy, beautiful surroundings and sports. The whole cottage is outfitted. Bed linen, cleaning, Wi-Fi, energy consumption, water and wood is included in the price. The wellness room has a sauna and a wooden bathtub. There is also a barn with an indoor grill and a home-baked oven for bread. The cottage will surprise you with its originality, cosiness and refurbished furniture with details. Most people sleep here very well :) The Cottage is all heated. There are 5 rooms in the house. Four upstairs and one downstairs with own entrance but it is interconnected with the house. Two apartments have a kitchen and all of them have a bathroom and toilet. One of them has a king bed and stairs to attic with 5 very comfortable mattress. Inside the house is a large dining room which people use in winter to sit together, it is nice, warm and cosy there. You may even make a fire in the indoor furnace in the dining room and heat it up to lay on it. The barn is very popular to grill in and sits together. It has an attic with the double bed to relax here. Also, there is a football table, some toys and a sitting area. It is not heated so not recommended if it's freezing outside. We may even arrange the keg of beer/limo and catering for you. You may see (Email hidden by Airbnb) The cottage is rented object. Guests have access to all 5 apartments. Also, they have access to the common room, to the sauna, the barn with grill and the garden. I give the guests space, but I am available if necessary. Directly from the cottage you can go for hiking, cycling or play golf! Near the cottage you will find forests that hide in autumn mushrooms and in summer blueberries. Around the cottage leads Karolína Světlá Trail, which you will pass through a large part of Podještědí (Světlá pod Ještědem, Hodky, Horka, Skalákovna, Český Dub, ...) Mountains Jested is 5km from cottage. There is a nice view and restaurants. Ski resort Ještěd is 15min. by car. Cycling is very popular here. Excursions can be planned here according to their difficulty. The closest recommended restaurant Golf Ještěd is only 5min. walking distance from the Cottage (check for opening in winter). Fresh goat milk products can be found at a nearby goat farm. Food store in Rozstání is only 5min. on foot. Golf Ještěd is from our cottage 500m. It is a fully-irrigated 12-hole golf course with golf academy. There is also indoor driving, putting green, pitching and chipping green. Among other things, Adventure golf is suitable for the whole family. There is also playground and forest park Horka. Horka Forest Park has natural rope centre, quizzes, theatre suitable not only for kids but also adults and it is free. It is located just 5min. walking distance from the Cottage. The fishing pond is only a 5-minute walk from the cottage. Rental and excursions around quad bikes and minibikes. Transportation by car, parking available in front of the house. Bus stop Rozstání or Dolení Paseky (link from Liberec). When handing over the keys from the cottage, I will ask you to sign a normal contract for renting a cottage.
