Lovely house on the edge of Lazio / Umbria with private pool, garden and great views of the hills. This house (50m) is in elevated position and enjoys a panoramic view of the surrounding hills, covered with vineyards, olive trees and hazelnut and chestnut forests. Surrounded by acres of olive trees, it is an oasis of tranquility. The view from the back of the house to the valley of the Aia is particularly beautiful. It is located near Tarano (1km) in the little tourist area of Sabina, an hour drive north of Rome and the borders of Umbria. There is a train station in Poggio Mirteto (5 km) with direct train to Rome and its airport. In Tarano and other pretty medieval villages like Poggio Catino, Roccantica, Casperia and Selci you find a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and supemarché. At 500 meters there is a family-run restaurant, famous for its grilling. The house has WiFi internet. The house has a beautiful pool of 10 x 5m and a large garden with vegetable garden (which customers can use tomatoes, lettuce, eggplant, herbs, zucchini during the summer. At 500 meters there is a family-run restaurant, famous for its seasonal grill, ideal for relaxing. There are 2 gazebos also with table and chairs and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and log fire for your meals outside. At the entrance of the house there is a covered terrace. This house has all its rooms on the ground floor. The living room has a dining / kitchen area (with dishwasher), television (Italian channels), sofa bed and fireplace. It has 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom and toilet (no washing machine). Change of house linen every week and cleaning pool every week. Ping-pong table available and football fields (17 x 35 m). Several hiking, horse riding and tennis are possible in the surroundings. There is another house called "Grilli" (for 6) that can be rented at the same time if you are numerous. The two houses are never rented to groups of different people. Pets allowed.
