Pleasant non-smoking gîte, consisting of a main building near the owners' house (sleeps 3) and an adjoining room with outside access (sleeps 2). Ground floor gîte: fitted kitchen opening onto living room/lounge (sofa, etc.), shower room/wc. Gîte floor: bedroom (2 single beds that can be combined into a 180 cm bed, another 90 cm bed). Annex bedroom on the ground floor (2 single beds + shower room + wc + TV). WIFI available in gite. Fuel central heating included in the rates. Enclosed garden 3000 m², lockable bicycle shelter, badminton, outdoor games, swimming pool, table football, table tennis. Laudable gîte for 3 people without the adjoining bedroom (which is then condemned): reduction of €40 per week (except July and August). Included in the prices: heating, electricity, sheets (beds made) + all linen (except swimming pool towels). Small dog tolerated. POOL OPEN: 01/05 to 14/10. During your stay, you will almost exclusively enjoy the pleasures of our beautiful swimming pool as a family during the opening period of the pool.
