The cottage offers: A lounge with comfy sofas to sit six A separate dining room A well equipped kitchen with a range cooker, microwave, nespresso machine, dishwasher, fridge separate freezer. A downstairs shower room. A utility are with washing machine and tumble drier. The main bedroom has a king sized bed with TV, radio etc. The second bedroom has a double bed with tv, radio etc. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath. Outside, there is plenty of space to relax in the enclosed garden which is child and dog friendly. It has off-street parking for 3 cars - a big bonus in Wells. Once you park, you can leave your car for the whole stay. It is a short walk to the main street with its pubs, restaurants and cafes. You can walk to the award winning Wells beach which is great for families and dogs. If you want to walk further afield, you can walk to Holkham Hall either along the beach or along the road via the side entrance. Holkham has lots of activities as well as a great parkrun. If you want to walk further, you can walk along North Norfolk path and take the bus back to Wells. From Wells, you can also take the steam railway to Walsingham, an interesting place to wander round with its Catholic and Church of England shrines. Don't miss out on a trip to see the seals at Blakeney point, the boats leave from Morston, I short drive away. You can also jump in the car and go to the Norfolk broads or Norwich.
