There's a park within 5 mins radius that has a lake, basketball & tennis court, walking/running path and playground for children and picnic/grilling area. There's also a walking/running/biking trail in the neighborhood. Within walking distance there's a dry cleaner and a deli store. (5 mins) away from rt 1, I 95, Rt 29, and Rt 32. (15 mins) away from the Marc Train station. Easy commute to Washington DC/ Union station, Greenbelt Metro station or Baltimore Maryland.
