The name of the house is Philoxenia, signifying shelter and love and depicting the warmth and care that you will feel during your staying. From here, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of one of Andros’ most beautiful beaches, the St. Peter’s, and the small islands of the bay. An unforgettable dream like scenery in a serene and completely relaxing and rejuvenating holiday environment. Philoxenia, is a ground-floor house in one of the four villas, all located in our grand property. The architects designed these elegant stone-surfaced structure to blend in harmoniously with the breathtaking scenery and uneven landscape. The house offers coziness that makes you feel at home. There is a yard which is bordered by an oasis of flowers and aromatic plants. Philoxenia, is a spacious 68 m2 house, consisting of an open-plan dining/living room and fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a large sofa-bed, a two-seat sofa, fireplace. Next to it is a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom. The outdoor space includes a private veranda (with covered, by a wooden pergola, and also uncovered areas). The private veranda has a sitting area with a large outdoor dining table and comfortable stone benches. Philoxenia, is ideal for couples or a small family. It features parking, wifi, air-conditioning and autonomous heating. We are proud for our many lovely renowned nearby sandy beaches, but we wanted to offer a further enjoyment. Thus, at a carefully selected location of our property, above all villas, we have also built a spacious swimming pool area for the use of our guests from the three villas. So, indulge yourself more, in this impressive area , which includes a quality large swimming pool, a great porch with broad stone benches and pool sun loungers. Be amazed at our scenic view of Saint Peter's beach and small islands and take a splash at our swimming pool. We have selected to build our house on the slope of Saint Peter's hill (so a 300 m uphill road leads to us) at this location of our properties, 600 m from the beautiful sandy beach, because of its magnificent undisturbed beach view. There are gourmet taverns just 800 m, a grocery shop 700 m and a supermarket 1,2 Km away from home. The house is also just 3 km from Andros’ port Gavrio, and 5 km from the lively town of Batsi. From the house you can also walk up to the ancient (4th - 3rd BC) tower of Agios Petros.
