Small charming house south of Gothenburg

With only a few hundred meters to the ocean, beautiful walking paths and wonderful nature just around the corner, this is the perfect get away. Or why not for the buisness trip? Ni bor i ett hus på 45kvm som ligger i ett lugnt villaområde nära havet. Huset är byggt på 1960-talet och allt är inte uppdaterat, men det är väldigt mysigt och ni har allt ni behöver! You live in a small, charming house that is situated in a calm neighbour hood close to the sea. The house is built in the 1960's, everything is not updated but it very cozy and have everything you need! Om du inte vill åka hela vägen in till stan går du på bara 20-25 minuter till ett nybyggt område där du finner både systembolag, apotek och mataffär. Här hittar du dessutom bra restauranger, shopping, café och bageri! If you do not want to go to the city center you can just take a nice walk 20-25 minutes to a newly built area where you find both Systembolaget (liquor store), drug store and a grocery store. You will also find nice restaurants, shopping, café and a bakery! Med bussar som går ca var 10e minut, tar du dig enkelt in till Göteborgs centrum på bara 25 minuter där du kan ta del av fantastiska restauranger, shopping eller kultur. Med en taxi är du där på 15 minuter. With buses that leaves about every 10 minutes, you can easily head to Gothenburg city center in 25 minutes where you will fins fantastic restaurants, shopping and cafés. With a taxi you will get there in 15 minutes!
