Property benefits from beautiful garden which the loft overlooks in a rural area away from the town, with its own private seating area during the hours of 9am and 9pm. It’s the perfect getaway with no personal contact if not wanted. Isolation home from home, if a change of scenery is what you seek. Please Note: The use of a private hot tub exclusive to our air bnb can be provided for stays more than 1 night. Please be advised the hot tub will not be available on check in or check out days and can only be used during the hours of 9am and 9pm. A travel cot and other child/baby equipment can be provided upon request Available if wanted but not essential for stay Henfield village about a 15 minute walk through the woods has many lovely cafes and pubs serving great food and great local shops selling all the necessary amenities as well lots of great local produce. Woods Mill Wildlife Trust is about a 20 minute country walk away and is fantastic nature reserve where you can explore is wetlands and habitats of many different species of plants and animals. The South Downs link is a 30min walk where you can enjoy the beauty of the South Downs and drop in to the nearby surrounding Sussex villages of Henfield, Steyning, Upper Beeding and Partridge Green and many more depending on how far you want to go. Brighton and Horsham are both only a bus ride away from the local town Henfield and take about 30 mins to reach. The bus services will take you to Steyning, Horsham and Brighton all with plenty to offer. There is plenty of walking and cycling routes and easy access to the South Downs link. In the winter months if you intend to walk to closest town Henfield for a drink or bite to eat you will definitely need your wellington boots!
