This modern house was built in 2013 so you can enjoy the amenities while relaxing with pastoral views! You will love the quiet home plus beautiful farm views in this peaceful setting while enjoying quick access to Lexington, Cincinnati, and northern Kentucky! Two first-floor bedrooms, with comfortable pillow-top full & queen beds! A modern kitchen with new appliances including an electric cooktop range with oven, refrigerator/freezer, adjacent dining area. Drip coffee pot, French press, toaster, blender, pots, pans, cooking utensils, bakeware, plus quality olive oil and basic spices are ready for you! WiFi. No smoking inside. Private home! Two new queen sleeper sofas in the living room allow for four more adults to sleep in comfort. Each bedroom has 2 beds, two night stands with lamps, an alarm clock, towels, and an essentials basket in case you forget anything! Awesome huge yard for relaxing with the views! Lots of free parking on the concrete driveway! By appointment: Guests can visit our 44-acre farm next door for a personal farm tour of Free Radical Ranch to meet our numerous farm animals up-close with guidance on who, where, and how for safety and animal comfort. There is an On-Farm Store for meats and unique farm-themed and fabric/fiber/alpaca gifts! Our neighboring farm also has a seasonal 18'x36' in-ground pool (pool towels provided!). Just coordinate with us for access to any or all of these additional amenities! Well-behaved dogs that are crated or supervised at all times are allowed for a one-time $30 pet fee. We're available for questions by phone, text, or email. We'll be around taking care of our nearby farm and feeding animals. We'll introduce you to our favorites if you coordinate a farm (or pool!) visit! You'll need a car but there's ample free parking behind the house and we're just minutes from I-75 just south of the I-71/I-75 split south of Cincinnati.
