Down a quiet lane, a perfect place to stay to enjoy the countryside, with stunning views This large self contained Annexe is primarily open plan, with excellent natural light through the large bi-folding doors. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, microwave and oven and a large fridge. Large walk in shower and separate WC. Natural stone Floor throughout. Brand new double sofa bed. The accommodation is accessed through separate gate and has its own parking area, steps through the garden lead to the accommodation. We are on hand to welcome guests, and issue keys and give any recommendations about the area, but equally will leave guests to enjoy their own privacy. We are 10 miles from Guildford, a beautiful historic town, with great shopping. In addition Horsham is approximately 12 miles away. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside, many public footpath, bridleways and bike rides right on the doorstep. Great Pubs and restaurants nearby. Cranleigh is England's largest village, and is 5 minutes away. It has a variety supermarkets and other boutique shops, worth browsing. We are 2 miles from a bus stop that serves the local area and goes into both Guildford and Horsham. Guildford Train Station gives direct access to London in just 35 minutes and Gatwick airport. We are 40 miles from central London by car.
