It is located in the village of Negrões - Montalegre, on the left bank of the Alto-Rabagão, Barragem dos Pisões. It is the ideal place to be in contact with nature and the local population. It is part of the Gres-Xurés Trans-Biosphere Reserve, part of the World Biosphere Reserves Network, and the Peneda-Gerês National Park. The house offers a superb natural landscape on the huge water mirror with a natural beach combining modern comfort with the interior with the outside tradition. Located next to the School, it was once the "Eira" of the community, still conserving the primitive slabs to work the cereals. The houses are signed by the Architect Jaime Eusébio.
