A beautifully restored cottage set over 3 floors provides a perfectly formed space to relax and dine, drift off to sleep in the king size bed or ponder the day cocooned on the mezzanine. Once here, there’s lot to explore! Beautiful walks, award winning pubs (Shibden Mill). Follow in the footsteps of Anne Lister made famous in ‘Gentleman Jack’ or a trip to The Piece Hall, full of shops, bars & restaurants. Entertain the kids at Eureka or journey further to Howarth, home to the Brontes. GROUND: Open plan / lounge / dining / Kitchen area with bluetooth lighting, bench seating, table and stool, smart TV, USB plug socket, wine chiller, dish washer, electric oven & hob, fridge / freezer / microwave / toaster / kettle and extractor fan above the door. If you wish to sit out side there is a table and 2 bistro chairs. BEDROOM: King size bed, smart TV, smart speaker link to via bluetooth, USB plug sockets, walk in wardrobe with chrome pull out clothe hangers also stores extra pillows, blankets, travel cot, high chair, iron & ironing board and access to the mezzanine. BATHROOM: large walk in shower, sink with storage, toilet and heated towel rail and bathroom extractor fan (This does work it’s super quiet). MEZZANINE: Chill out or work area. There’s sofa bed + blow up bed if needed, this space is ideal for 1 -2 children or 1 teen/adult (not suitable for 2 adults) - There is limited head height so please be careful as the roof slopes. ESSENTIALS: Provided for your comfort and safety, fast wifi, bluetooth devices, hairdryer, handwash, fire extinguisher, smoke alarms, house alarm, first aid pack, automatic lighting on mezzanine ladder and a carbon monoxide alarm. The Velux windows have draw down black out blinds. During your stay you are able to use all 3 floors. Living only a few miles away we are around most days and will give guests our contact details. Set within the heart of Northowram, it’s a short stroll to the village Post Office & Convenience Store, beauty salons, restaurant (22 the Square) and fish & chips.
