Cosy studio a short walk from Marlow.

The studio is only a short 8 minute walk down hill to the centre of Marlow which offers plenty of shops and bars, as well as almost every style of dining from riverside pubs to the Hand & Flowers with its Michelin two stars. The studio is located at the top of our garden with access through a side gate so you can come and go without having to walk through the house. There's a wooden deck to sit out on when the sun shines. The studio comprises a bed/sitting area, kitchenette and a small bathroom with a sink, shower & toilet. The bed/sitting area includes a standard size double bed, a couple of relaxing chairs, a small table/desk with a couple of folder chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, hot plate, kettle & toaster. Please note that whilst we have had a number of guests stay Monday to Friday, for a number of years, there is no sink in the kitchenette. There is a sink in the bathroom & a washing bowl. There is an iron/ ironing board and hairdryer provided in the studio. The studio will suit two people for a couple of nights or a single person longer term.
