Casa Verde Guesthouse is a spacious and luxurious 4-person accommodation with a private swimming pool (salt water). The swimming pool is located on the private part of the terrace. Around the pool you will find the cool veranda with a ten-person dining table. You will also find the outdoor kitchen with charcoal BBQ, sun beds, a hammock and a cozy lounge set. This attractive terrace is directly adjacent to the guesthouse where you will find a fully equipped (indoor) kitchen. With fully furnished we mean that everything is there; from knife set to spices, from extensive glassware to oven, fridge / freezer or blender. The homekoks can get to work! The guesthouse has its own living room, the aforementioned kitchen, two spacious bedrooms (with air conditioning) and a very spacious bathroom with both a bath and a shower and a toilet with separate bidet. Casa Verde is a large house with two separate floors. The lower floor, we call this the guesthouse, is adjacent to the large terrace, with swimming pool, veranda with dining table, sun beds, lounge set and BBQ outdoor kitchen. The guesthouse has its own entrance and entrance. The top floor of the house, which we call the villa, is inhabited by the owners outside the high season. The owners do not use all the facilities offered at the guesthouse during your stay. You therefore retain your complete privacy and you have the swimming pool entirely to yourself. Casa Verde is centrally located on the Golf & Spa resort of Bonalba and there are several restaurants within walking distance. Sandy beaches and the city of Alicante can be reached within 15 minutes by car. Casa Verde is situated on a small urbanization (Los Naranjos 1) with only 13 detached villas. The urbanization (the neighborhood) is safely behind an electrically operated gate. Los Naranjos is one of the many urbanisations at the resort of Bonalba. The total Bonalba resort has around 3000 homes of all sizes. Casa Verde is very centrally located at the Bonalba resort. The clubhouse of the golf course is only 100 meters away on foot. The same applies to the swimming paradise that lies at the golf course. Various restaurants, from tapas to French cuisine and a pizzeria, are around 200 meters away on foot. There are also small supermarkets, drinking outlets and a real Spanish breakfast place. If you want to enjoy the beach and the sea, the range of beaches is enormous. The nearest beach can be found within a 10-minute drive, in El Campello, where you will also find many food and beverage options along the boulevard. San Juan, which lies between El Campello and Alicante, is also reachable within 10 minutes by car. Playa San Juan offers no less than seven kilometers of sandy beaches, making it the longest sandy beach in Spain. If you want to visit cities or towns, you can first of all visit Alicante. This city really has everything to offer: shops, countless restaurants, museums, theater, casino, harbor and so on. In addition to Alicante, cities such as Benidorm, Altea, Calpe or Albir are certainly worth a visit. If you want more peace and nice walking then head to the mountainous rugged hinterland of Bonalba.
