Marina View Apartment is a place for everyone who wants to slow down a bit and choose places that give a chance for a chillout. New, air-conditioned and tastefully finished apartment on the top floor with a beautiful view of the lake and the marina. A cozy terrace invites you to visit and see how good the morning coffee tastes on the Jeziorak Lake in Iława ... The apartment has everything you need to feel "at home" and at the same time spend your stay "on full sails". 44 square metres of a new space in a residential building built in 2019 in a discreet settlement surrounded by Jeziorak waters - the longest and third largest lake in Poland, which National Geographic readers considered one of the 7 new natural wonders of Poland. I couldn't agree more:-) A suite full of details reminiscent of where you are - close to the water visible from almost every corner of the apartment. Looking through a window after waking up or sitting comfortably on the terrace, at your feet you will see boats sailing the longest lake in Poland - Jeziorak. In summer, the choice of activity is obvious - swimming in the lake from nearby beaches, sailing, motorboat or exciting water jet-ski ride. In the marina which you can see from the apartment you can rent water bikes, kayaks and larger motor boats (no permits needed). You can sail aroundthe Great Żuława - the largest inland island in Poland. If you prefer a traditional bike - the seasonal rental is right next door. Iława has perfectly prepared bike and nordic walking paths and trails outside the city. Feel like fishing? Not a problem! In winter, only a half hour drive away is Kurza Góra, where you can indulge yourself in white madness - ski or snowboard, whatever you prefer. The cultural offer includes many concerts and festivals. In May, from a private jetty, you can enjoy sky-high plane acrobatics during the Aviation Picnic. For the good cuisine seekers, there are several fine restaurants within a short walk distance. Thanks to Pendolino Express Trains in about 75 minutes you can find yourself in the Tri-City, by the seashore. You can read about local attractions and the current "action plan" in our Guest Guide. See you in Iława! :-) The apartment is located in the center of Iława with full access to the transport infrastructure. Pendolino trains stop in Iława, so within 2 hours you will get to Warsaw, and just over an hour will take you to the Tri-City. Easy and fast connections with other major cities of the region (Olsztyn, Ostróda, etc.). For guests there is a free parking in the underground garage in the building and a place in the public car park next to the building.
