Built in traditional Paxiot style the villa perfectly blends into its beautiful surroundings, among the olive trees and the peace and quiet of an unspoilt nature. Externally the pool area spreads out in front of the villa, with spacious terracing, outside dining and lounge ideal for sunbathing with plentiful natural shade to escape the midday sun and relaxing by the swimming pool. A stylish marble table can accommodate outside up to 10 people for lunches and great evening dinners and barbecues. The living areas lead out onto the terrace and pool including the three bedrooms, two doubles (one with en-suite bathroom) and one twin bedroom. All three bedrooms have Air Conditioning.
